Digital Products

All Cleared Press products are digital downloads delivered electronically immediately after purchase. Because of the nature of digital goods, we do not accept traditional returns — there is nothing physical to return.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind what we make. If The CLEARED Starter Kit hasn't delivered on what we promised, email us at support@clearedpress.com within 30 days of your purchase with your order number, and we'll issue a full refund — no lengthy explanation required.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Once a refund is issued, your access to the digital files will be revoked.

Issues With Your Download

If you have trouble accessing your files, your download link expired, or anything else goes wrong on the technical side, email support@clearedpress.com and we'll resend your access immediately at no charge. This is a delivery issue, not a refund issue — we'll fix it without any drama.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern with your order, please reach out to us first at support@clearedpress.com. We're a small operation and we'll work with you to make it right faster than your bank can. Filing a chargeback before contacting us means we lose the ability to help directly and may permanently lose access to the payment processor for your transaction.
